We have an ICT laboratory equipped with modern computers which is used to train our kids on programming and basic ict skills preparing them to be skilled and competent in solving future country and world problems. Programs we teach our kids include, basic programming, scratch programming, Microsoft office packages ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint e.t.c.).

Our science library is up-to-date and equipped with chemicals and apparatus used in carrying out various live practical. We engage our kids in live and experimental physics and chemistry practical which enable them to relate well with the theories learnt in class as well as prepare them for the task ahead of them when they gain admission into tertiary institutions and beyond. Our practical includes physics practical, chemistry practical, biology practical and basic tech practicals.

Furnished Hostel
Our boarding section supports our co-educational school offering. It is a ‘home away form home’ tastefully and appropriately furnished, secure accommodation for Boys and Girls from ages 7 – 16.
There are two separate houses, one for male and the other for female. Life for the boarder at Al-waqt is a blend of work, leisure and islamic practice. Quiet periods are set aside for homework and study. Each house has its own common area for indoor activity, TV and Video use. Computer facilities are also available to support them with their ICT related projects and research.
At Al-waqt, we also offer an exciting weekend activity plan which includes taafiz classes and other areas of educational and leisure interest.

We understand the importance of a standard library and has putted up one for the benefit of our students. We not only teach them how to learn in class we teach them how to learn on their own. We believe thats one of the fundamentals of learning.
